Stages of Formation of the Basis of Regulation of the Industrial Agriculture Between Ukraine and the EU: Historical and Legal Aspect

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the processes of convergence of the legal bases of regulation of the
agro-industrial complex between the European Union and Ukraine.
The scientific novelty is that, for the first time, a detailed analysis of the historical development of relations between EU and Ukraine has been carried out with the aim of unifying legislation in the field of regulation of the agro-industrial sector.
Conclusions. After the establishment of the first contacts, bilateral relations between Ukraine and the EU were steadily approaching and were very successful in the harmonization of legislation. It can be argued that today all the necessary legal framework for effective regulation of the agricultural industry has been formed. Positive economic results of the process of rapprochement of Ukrainian legislation with European legislation are observed even in conditions of full-scale war and
resistance of European farmers. For the further deepening of the European integration process and the completion of the unification of bilateral legislation, Ukraine remains to fulfill all the necessary candidate requirements that the Eur European Commission put forward in 2022.
