Conflict of interests
The private information or ideas received during the review should remain confidential and not be used for the personal benefit of the editors in charge. The editor-in-chief must recuse himself/herself (instruct the deputy editor-in-chief or other member of the editorial board to review the manuscript for him/her) to review the manuscript, in case of conflicts of interests as a result of competitive relations, cooperation or other relations and relationships with one of the authors, companies, or (possibly) institutions associated with submitted manuscripts. The editor-in-chief or any member of the Editorial Board should be free from the responsibility for reviewing manuscripts in case of any conflict of interest.
